November “Our November Nibbles was kindly hosted by Sue Porter and Tom Skinner. Instead of our usual potluck style appetizers, a fun Pizza night was enjoyed by everyone with desserts provided by another one of our members, Giselle Bischof. These monthly get-togethers are always filled with laughter and dynamic conversations |
October October Nibbles was hosted by Kay and Ulf in their lovely home. The highlight of the evening was the chorus of Happy Birthday sung with great gusto for our hostess who celebrated a milestone birthday. As usual the nibbles and desserts were aplenty and enjoyed. All in all, a great evening with a great group. |
September Our September Nibbles at Night group was hosted by Pamela Norbraten. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy once more an evening outdoors. Pam’s apple cake and brownies were a delicious end to a fun get-together filled with lots of laughter. |
August Our August Nibbles-at-Night was hosted by Evelyn and Gordon Buske. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate to allow us to enjoy their beautiful gardens but we were able to gather indoors and have a wonderful evening with 22 members in attendance. A wide variety of Nibbles was served and Evelyn’s delicious homemade baked goods for dessert were a real treat. |
July Our July Nibbles group was hosted by Maria and Bob Bawcutt. We all enjoyed a lovely evening on their deck and indulged in a wide variety of Nibbles followed by lots of laughter and terrible singing. A good time was had by all. |
June Our June Nibbles hosted by Tess and Walter Matias was a great success in their lovely home. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for us to sit outdoors by the pool. However, as always there was a great variety of “Nibbles” to feast on and everyone had a good time. |
May Our May Nibbles evening was hosted by Laura and Alan Lemay and was well attended by 18 of our members. It was another successful evening with a wide variety of nibbles and delicious desserts provided by our hosts.” |
April Even though I wasn’t able to attend the April Nibbles, the pictures show that everyone there was in good form, having a great time, including some of our Snowbirds back from Florida. March Our March Nibbles group met at my home and as always we had a wonderful time. A small group this month as many were enjoying the sunshine in Florida or on cruises but that didn’t stop the rest of us from enjoying a nice variety of Nibbles and lots of laughter. Frances Griffin |
February Our February Nibbles group was hosted by Jean and Sharon Jackson and was well attended as you can see by all the footwear lined up on Jean’s mat at the door. As always there were plenty of Nibbles to go around and lots of laughs too.” |
January Another wonderful gathering of the Nibbles group, our first of the New Year hosted by Elizabeth Ryan. We also celebrated one of our member's 90th birthday with a homemade carrot cake as well as a variety of homemade cookies by our hostess. Everyone was in good spirits enjoying lively conversation and lots of laughs. |
