PROBUS Club of Durham WestNordic Pole Walking
Monday and Friday walking team is still going strong... rain or shine... we are out!
The walkers meet twice a week at 10:00 a.m.
- Mondays we meet at Ajax Rotary parking lot.
- Friday we meet at the end of Ajax Lake Driveway and McClaren in Ajax.
No need to RSVP, just show up and walk with us. Don’t have poles? Not to worry. Some walk with poles and some without.
