Do you like to multi-task?  Do you like to chat while you exercise?  Join the Nordic Pole Walking Group.

The walkers meet twice a week at 10:00 a.m. 

- Mondays we meet at Ajax Rotary parking lot.  Friday we meet at the end of Ajax Lake Driveway and McClaren

No need to RSVP, just show up and walk with us. Don’t have poles? Not to worry. Some walk with poles and some without
